“we”, “us”, and “our” are references to the seminars division of Learning & Growth GmbH – subsequently referred to as “Learning & Growth Seminars”
“you”, “your”, “customer” and “client” are references to the person paying for the service and agreeing to these terms
“services” or “seminars” are provided by Learning & Growth Seminars
“tuition” or “booking fee” refers to the price for attending our seminars
“booking” refers to the customers selection of a seminar and applying for a seat on the seminar in return for a tuition to be paid by the customer
B. Order acceptance
We have not accepted your application and your place will not be confirmed until we receive 100% payment for said services.
We will not hold your place on any seminars.
Once your payment has been received, you will receive the ‘confirmation’ e-mail including all details relating to the seminar you have purchased.
Until this time, we reserve the right to refuse, cancel or reject any booking order made by the customer.
You agree to supply appropriate payment for the services requested from us in advance of the time period during which such services are provided.
We only accept payment via credit card.
Customers are responsible for the provision of sufficient funds in their account and we will not be held responsible for any charges incurred as a result of overdrawing of the bank account or credit card or as a result of failed transactions.
All online purchases are carried out by a third party payment processor with the highest security in place. We never have access to your sensitive payment details and we do not store it in any way, shape or form.
D. Booking of Seminar
You agree to provide full personal details, including name(s), address, profession, company (if applicable) and contact details.
When you book, the full amount is due. 50 % of it will be non-refundable immediately.
The full tuition amount will be charged to your credit card immediately after we receive your booking.
Your booking will only be confirmed when you receive an email from us that says so.
E. Cancellation of Seminar by the participant
If you need to cancel …
A 50% refund will be issued on any cancellation prior to 14 days before the first day of the seminar.
If you cancel within 14 days before the first day of the seminar, your tuition will be 100% non-refundable.
Cancellations need to be in writing via email and confirmed by us. It is the attendees responsibility to get this confirmation.
When you cancel, you must return, as new, any study materials and certificates issued for the training before any refund is made.
F. Cancellation of Seminar by Learning & Growth Seminars
If a seminar has less than 6 members signed on 2 weeks prior to the seminar start date , we reserve the right to cancel and refund all monies paid for said seminar.
We will inform all members with as much notice as possible and offer alternative seminars.
We will not be obliged to offer the same seminar again.
G. Cancellation of attendance/certification by Learning & Growth Seminars
We reserve the right to cancel your participation at any time if we deem necessary. We will provide our decision via email to you.
We reserve the right to cancel your certification with our company, and may remove our names from any certification or recognition we provide on completion of our seminars if we deem necessary. We will provide our decision in writing to the association/s through which your certification is recognized if this action is taken.
Due to the nature of the online-booking system and our confirmation process, all invoices will be sent only once the booking has been confirmed.
Invoices will be made out to the person registering. If you need a different billing address you will have to request an exchange-invoice or let us know upfront.
All invoices will be sent as pdf via e-mail only.
I. Personal Data
Any data entered will be processed by a website system hosted by a professional hosting company and cooperating service provider. Since we have no control over systems infrastructure of any party involved, we are not in a position to determine where the data that you enter will be stored, i.e. whether it will be Europe, the U.S.A or any other place.
We agree never to sell, make public, or distribute your details that we keep with your booking records. This information is for internal use and will never leave the company.
Customers are responsible for keeping their usernames, passwords and other sensitive data safe.
If a breach is suspected, the customer is required to change their password. They can do so by calling our offices or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
Any questions concerning the above stated terms and conditions should be sent to us before ordering.
Should any of the above paragraphs not be in compliance with applicable laws, all other paragraphs shall still remain applicable.
Both parties (Learning & Growth and the customer) agree that in any case of disagreement an amicable solution shall be found before any outside counsel is consulted.
